Fixed Services Project Manager

An exciting new role has become available for a Fixed Services Project Manager. The purpose of this position will be the end-to-end project management of all fixed services projects, as well as stakeholder management, KPI and SLA management, managing stakeholder relationships, managing project meetings, developing dashboards per project, managing and monitoring performance across workstreams, and ensuring delivery, transparency and proactive communication among many other functions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end project delivery for all Fixed Services projects
  • Co-ordinating stakeholder engagement and managing service level agreements and key performance indicators
  • Engaging stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and accountability
  • Facilitating project meetings to drive collaboration and progress
  • Developing dashboards for each project to support visibility and reporting
  • Managing and monitoring performance across workstreams to ensure efficiency
  • Ensuring delivery, transparency and proactive communication across all initiatives
  • Managing projects within Fixed Services, including implementation of cross-functional strategic programmes
  • Establishing project governance, prioritising initiatives and implementing best practices
  • Creating and maintaining a detailed project roadmap
  • Reviewing processes and practices to ensure efficient and timely delivery
  • Analysing project requirements and liaising with various Business Leads and Business Units to define scope, initiatives and deliverables for each workstream, including setting priorities and executing milestones
  • Liaising with different stakeholders and service providers at all levels to align expectations and outcomes
  • Tracking progress against goals and preparing status reports and presentations for progress reviews
  • Proactively supporting stakeholders and Business Leads in identifying and prioritising improvement opportunities
  • Managing expectations of team members and stakeholders to ensure delivery on commitments
  • Leading and managing workstreams as required, co-ordinating and delegating cross-project initiatives
  • Handling multiple projects simultaneously and adjusting priorities as business needs evolve
  • Establishing clear communication plans for each project stream to ensure alignment and transparency
  • Reusing project knowledge and learnings to improve future project delivery
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring effective engagement throughout the project lifecycle

Minimum Requirements:

  • Three year Degree or Diploma
  • Diploma or Certificate in Project Management
  • At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager
  • Two years of mobile and fixed line experience
  • Two years experience managing teams
  • Experience managing cross functional strategic projects
