Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

We’re now accepting applications for the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. The purpose of this position will be leading and driving talent sourcing initiatives, collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their talent needs, aligning strategies to ensure talent acquisition plans are met and adopting the best recruitment approaches to drive a seamless candidate experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with business develop and cultivate working relationships
  • Building an in-depth understanding of sourcing requirements
  • Building talent pipelines for future requirements
  • Leading and co-ordinating end-to-end talent acquisition services
  • Proactively communicating with and updating key stakeholders
  • Sourcing candidates via internal databases and alternate sourcing channels
  • Providing market trends and analysis on a regular basis
  • Engaging with preferred suppliers and building relationships
  • Analysing resourcing perfromance against KPIs and insights
  • Assisting with the achievement of transformation targets, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric and a B Degree with specialisation in HR or SAQA equivalent
  • At least 5 to 8 years experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Experience in developing and delivering recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes
  • Experience in research, market mapping, and stakeholder management
  • Experience managing vendors and suppliers within SLAs
  • Experience in talent acquisition with a Pan African perspective
  • Experienced talent acquisition specialist who has managed  portfolios of complex recruitment for a demanding client base with a deep functional expertise
  • Creative sourcing strategies for small – medium business
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
  • An effective and persuasive communicator who seeks insight into the business needs and acts as a knowledgeable advisor, as well as liaise and influence at senior level
  • Strong networker, who adapts well to changing priorities, demonstrates resilience, flexibility and energy
  • Ability to analyse recruitment data and trends and to implement corrective actions
  • Commercial acumen
  • Experience in dealing with tight deadlines in a fast moving environment and dealing with complex roles and business areas
