We’re accepting applicatons for the position of Change Manager. The Change Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of all changes, ensuring minimal disruption to IT services and business operations. This role ensures that standardized methods and procedures are used for efficient and prompt handling of all changes, enabling beneficial changes to be made with minimal risk.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Owning and managing the end-to-end change management process
- Recording, evaluating, authorising, prioritising, planning, testing, implementing, documenting, and reviewing changes in a controlled manner
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ITIL best practices
- Conducting regular audits and reviews of change records and process adherence
- Collaborating with technical teams, service owners, and business stakeholders to assess change impact and risk
- Facilitating change advisory board (CAB) meetings and emergency CABs when needed
- Producing regular reports on change metrics, trends, and performance
- Identifying areas for process improvement and leading initiatives to enhance change efficiency and effectiveness
- Evaluating change requests for potential risks and impacts on services and infrastructure
- Ensuring proper testing, rollback plans, and communication strategies are in place
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
- ITIL Foundation certification (ITIL Intermediate or Expert preferred)
- 5+ Years of experience in IT Service Management, with at least 2 years in Change Management
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
- Strong understanding and practice of Incident, Problem and Change Management process in a IT environments and service delivery models
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
