The purpose of this position is to assume overall accountability for project processes and frameworks and to ensure the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of the FinTech Career Path Project, while supporting its operationalization across multiple markets through effective governance, stakeholder alignment, execution of communication plans, and rigorous reporting, documentation, and tracking of all workstreams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining project governance structures across all participating markets
- Developing and managing project reporting mechanisms for key stakeholders
- Supporting execution of the communication plan to ensure consistent messaging
- Facilitating stakeholder alignment and engagement across markets, teams and vendors
- Tracking progress and milestones across multiple workstreams
- Maintaining comprehensive project documentation and ensuring accessibility
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant three year Human Resources degree
- At least 5 years human resources project management experience
- Experience managing projects across multiple countries and stakeholders
