The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality, visually compelling design assets that support marketing campaigns, product launches, and overall brand growth across digital, print, and retail channels. This role plays a key part in translating business and marketing objectives into impactful creative outputs that enhance brand visibility, engage consumers, and drive sales, while ensuring consistency with global brand standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager to conceptualise and execute high-impact design assets across digital, print, Retail and eCommerce platforms
- Translating marketing strategies, product positioning and campaign objectives into compelling, consumer-centric visual designs that drive brand awareness, engagement and sales
- Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, eCommerce and Product teams to understand project requirements, timelines and target audiences, ensuring all creative outputs align with business objectives
- Designing and producing a wide range of creative assets including digital ads, social media content, website banners, email creatives, Retail point-of-sale materials, packaging elements and product launch collateral
- Supporting go-to-market campaigns and new product launches by developing cohesive visual toolkits and campaign assets across multiple channels
- Ensuring all creative outputs strictly adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all consumer touchpoints while elevating the brand’s visual identity
- Optimising and adapting creative assets for different platforms including web, mobile, social and Retail, ensuring best practice in layout, format and user experience
- Incorporating feedback from stakeholders efficiently while maintaining high creative standards and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Staying up to date with global design trends, competitor activity and industry best practices, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the brand
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail across all outputs
Minimum Requirements:
- A relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a Graphic or Multimedia Designer, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital, print, and campaign-based projects
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Working knowledge of multimedia tools, including video editing and animation software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
- Experience in UX/UI design, with an understanding of user experience principles and designing for digital platforms
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, incorporating feedback while maintaining high creative standards
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative concepts and rationale to stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- High attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense, ensuring all creative outputs are visually compelling and aligned with global brand standards
- Experience in conceptualising and designing content for social media platforms, with a solid understanding of platform best practices, audience engagement, and content trends (advantageous)
