We’re accpeting applications for the position of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Specialist. As an RPA Specialist, you’ll lead the automation of various processes across multiple countries and drive general business process automation. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, build scalable bots, and ensure compliance across diverse regulatory environments. Key responsibilities will include monitoring, maintaining and optimizing bot performance; as well as developing solutions according to module designs and deploying using delivery pipeline.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring, maintaining and optimising bot performance
- Developing solutions according to module designs and deploying using delivery pipeline
- Designing, developing and deploying robotic process automation (RPA) solutions for operations across multiple countries
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities in Finance, Customer Service, Compliance and other business units
- Analysing existing workflows and recommending automation strategies using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or Power Automate
- Ensuring automation solutions are compliant with local regulations and data privacy standards
- Monitoring and maintaining RPA bots, troubleshooting issues and optimising performance
- Developing documentation, training materials and supporting handover to operations teams
- Staying up-to-date with RPA trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve automation capabilities
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant Degree or Diploma
- RPA certifications are a bonus
- 2+ Years of experience in RPA development and deployment
- Hands-on experience with one or more RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
- Familiarity with APIs and mobile money operations is a strong advantage
- Experience working in multi-country environments with varying regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VB.NET) is a plus
- Experience in financial services, telecom, or mobile money platforms preferred
- Multi-country operational experience is a plus
